About the project

A white-label ride-hailing platform under the CEO Cabs brand, with rider and driver apps and a fleet administration panel.

Built with

Rider app (Android and iOS)
Driver app (Android)
Admin and fleet panel (web)
Real-time matching and live GPS

The challenge in building a ride-hailing platform

A ride-hailing app looks simple from outside. A rider taps a button and a car arrives. Behind that moment, the system must verify drivers, find the right one nearby, track the ride and record the payment in real time.

CEO Cabs, a white-label mobility brand, needed a complete white-label ride-hailing platform under its own name. Three requirements shaped the project from the start:

Drivers must be onboarded, verified and managed as a fleet.
A ride-hailing business is only as trustworthy as its drivers. Each driver and vehicle must be reviewed before the first ride.

Riders expect to book in seconds.
Patience is low at the moment of booking. Any delay or uncertainty sends riders to a competitor.

The right nearby driver must be found and assigned instantly.
Matching is the heart of the product. If it is slow or inaccurate, nothing else matters.

Our solution: A white-label ride-hailing platform for three users

Codiotic made one key decision early. We treated the white-label ride-hailing platform as a system for three different users, not as a single app. Each user group has its own interface built around its own tasks.

1. The rider: speed and certainty.
Riders choose pickup and drop-off points on a map. The fare shows upfront. The app then searches for nearby drivers automatically. We removed every unnecessary step between “I need a ride” and “a driver is coming.”

2. The driver: control and clarity.
Drivers complete onboarding with their vehicle details. After approval, they go online or offline and accept or decline requests. This control keeps the supply side of the platform healthy.

3. The operator: visibility and control.
The web admin and fleet panel lets operators approve drivers and vehicles, manage their status, monitor live rides and review past rides. Without this layer, the business cannot grow safely.

This is how we approach every project at Codiotic. Understand each user, then build practical software around their needs. Explore our mobile app development services to see more.

Inside the platform

01

Rider App

Pick pickup and drop-off on a map. See the fare upfront. Get matched with a nearby driver. Available on Android and iOS.

02

Driver App

Onboard with vehicle details, go online or offline, and accept or decline ride requests. Available on Android.

03

Admin and Fleet Panel

Approve drivers and vehicles, manage status, monitor live rides and review ride history. Runs on the web.

04

Real-Time Engine

Matching and dispatch find and assign the right nearby driver. Live GPS shows the same ride to rider, driver and operator.

Technology used

● Real-time driver matching and dispatch  ● Live GPS tracking across all three applications  ● Native-style rider app (Android and iOS) and driver app (Android)  ● Web-based fleet dashboard  ● End-to-end payment visibility

Project outcomes

Real-time matching and dispatch

Riders get matched with a nearby driver quickly, which they experience as reliability.

Live GPS across every app

The rider app, driver app and admin panel show the same ride at the same moment. This shared view reduces confusion and builds trust.

End-to-end payment visibility

Operators can follow payments across the ride and reconcile them. Users can trust the fare.

Together, these results show how a white-label ride-hailing platform can give a mobility brand a complete, scalable foundation.

Key lessons from the project

Design for every user group, not only the customer.

A white-label ride-hailing platform fails if drivers are poorly onboarded or operators cannot see what is happening.

Treat matching speed as a product feature.

Instant driver assignment is what riders feel as reliability.

Make verification part of the product.

Approve drivers and vehicles before they go live. Design it into onboarding and the admin panel from day one.

Give everyone the same view of reality.

Live GPS across all three apps supports trust.

Make money visible end to end.

Build payment visibility in from the beginning to avoid painful rework.

FAQ

What is a white-label ride-hailing platform?

How are drivers verified?

Drivers onboard with their vehicle details. Operators review and approve each driver and vehicle in the admin panel before the first ride.

Who built this platform?

Codiotic built it. Codiotic is a software development company that builds mobile apps, AI-powered tools and automation for real business problems.
