The challenge in customer review management
Satisfied customers often leave a local business without writing a review. They don’t know what to write, or they don’t want to spend time composing one.
For local businesses, this creates friction in customer review management. Genuine feedback matters, but turning a good experience into written words takes effort that many customers skip.
The problem applies to local shops, retail stores, restaurants, cafés, salons, beauty businesses and other service-based businesses. A review generation platform for local businesses has to be quick for the customer, easy for the business to share, and has to leave the final decision with the customer.
Our solution: an AI-powered review generation platform
Codiotic built Reviwee, an AI-powered review generation platform that makes writing a review easier. Instead of facing a blank text box, customers answer a few simple questions about their experience.
The workflow has four steps. Customers scan the business’s QR code, answer the questions, and receive 3–4 AI-generated review suggestions. They choose a preferred option and copy it, then paste it into the review platform manually before posting. Reviwee does not post reviews on the customer’s behalf.
